The word Embrace is overlooked and not given much recognition to how powerful of a word it really is.
You can love the dress on the mannequin in the store display window or you can crave pizza for dinner, but to EMBRACE something is more powerful.
Think about that just for a moment, what do you truly EMBRACE. We can love our family members with all the love we have to give but do we ever say, I EMBRACE THEM.
When do we use the word EMBRACE, in what context? Do we EMBRACE our favorite restaurant? No, as it does not fit in that context. It truly is one of the most powerful words that when used correctly, implies a higher level of endearment.
Writing is my therapy. When I feel angry, sad, fearful or just need to sort out what's going on in my head, I write.
When I am teaching my seminars or coaching, the simple assignment of writing down your emotions, why you feel them, what you fear or whatever it is that is bothering you, might be all it takes to resolve your issues. Just a simple pen and paper left alone with your thoughts.
So now, I ask the question again. What do you truly EMBRACE? Only you can answer this.
