I have now been home since Dec 6th and today was my 6 week follow up. ( lord it feels wayyyyy longer then only 6 weeks)

The Good news: X rays look good and restrictions have been lifted ( bending , lifting, twisting) BUT I will listen to my body and Mark my words; "I am NOT going through that surgery ever again. "

SO; I am back to shooting, touring, seminars and creating.
